7D HIFU Machine Training FAQ

This guide provides essential instructions, settings, and safety guidelines for operating your 7D HIFU Machine effectively and confidently.

🔧 Before Treatment

Q: Do I need to map out the client's face before treatment?

A: Yes. Draw lines to mark forbidden treatment areas (areas to avoid). This is a standard HIFU practice.

  Avoid the following:

  • Around the ears

  • Above the eyebrows

  • Around the mouth

These areas are nerve-rich and more sensitive. Please refer to the mapping in the training materials for specific areas.

  1. Take “before” photos for tracking results.

  2. Ensure the client’s face is clean — no makeup, serums, or skincare products.

  3. Have the client remove all accessories.

  4. Mark forbidden areas with a finger-width margin or mapping ruller.

  5. Apply cooling gel evenly to the treatment area. Use refrigerated gel if the client has sensitive skin.

A: Most effective for clients in their 40s and above, though beneficial results can be seen from the 20s onward.

🎯 Cartridge Usage & Settings

Cartridge DepthTypical UseNotes
4.5 mmFirst pass for SMAS liftingCan be used on entire face except forbidden areas
3.0 mmSecond pass for dermal tighteningCovers same areas as 2.0 mm but less intense
2.0 mmPrecision for deep wrinkles & eyesStronger for targeted wrinkles
1.5 mmFine lines & around eyesAvoid direct eye contact area
6 mm, 9 mm, 13 mmBody treatmentsStart with deepest (13 mm) then lighter
Q: Which cartridge should I start with?

A: Begin with 4.5 mm for facial lifting.

A: Test first on the client’s face:

  • Start low: 0.5 or 0.7

  • Gradually increase

  • Most effective range: 2.0–2.5 (Max: 3.0)

  • Higher energy (within tolerance) generally gives better results

A:

  • Pitch = spacing between dots

  • Length = length of the treatment line
Default: 2.0 for both — do not change unless necessary.

A: Look for:

  • Tingling sensation

  • Slight redness during treatment
If neither is present, increase energy gradually.

A: If redness and tingling are achieved, even lower settings can work. However, optimal results come from the highest tolerable energy.

🛑 Treatment Techniques

Modes:

  1. Stamping Mode – Press trigger, wait for completion, move to next spot.

  2. Sliding Mode – Hold trigger and glide slowly; quicker but requires careful pacing.

Q: How many passes should I perform?

A: Two passes per area.

A: Use Repeat Mode (alarm icon) to preset shot count (e.g., 100). Shots will fire automatically while you slide.

A: 350–550 shots total; ~100 for 4.5 mm cartridge alone.

A: Stretch the skin to improve comfort. Apply medical gause on top of the teeth, to reduce discomfort when treating on top of the teeth.

  • Cartridge must be fully connected to skin

  • Maintain consistent movement

  • Overlap slightly to ensure full coverage

⚙️ During Treatment

Facial treatment sequence:
  • 4.5 mm – SMAS layer (lifting)

Acting on SAMA fascia layer to tighten the muscle bottom and achieve firmness

  • 3.0 mm – Dermis (tightening)

Aiming on the dermis to stimulate continuous regeneration of collagen

  • 2.0mm – Wrinke erasing

Treatment probe specializing for eyes and deep lines such as forehead, neck and crow’s feet

  • 1.5 mm – Fine lines & eyes (Toning)

Targeting at the  epidermis to improve superficial fine lines, skin tone, skin texture, and fine pores

  • Lifting & Stamping – Wait for each shot before moving.

  • Overlapping – Avoid gaps between lines.

  • Sliding Mode – For forehead or near teeth; two passes. ( Starters can use stamping mode )

  • Cheekbones directly

  • Forbidden areas marked before

  • Immediate eye contact area

🧴 Aftercare & Skincare

Q: What should I do after all depths are completed?

A: Clean the face and apply a medical facial mask. Tiferono post treatment skin recovery mask is recommended.

  • Avoid sun exposure, wear SPF.

  • Hydrate skin daily for at least one week.

  • Post treatment skin care products are recommended.
  • Wait at least 1 month before the next HIFU session.

🆘 Troubleshooting

Q: Machine isn’t working—what could be wrong?

A: If using numbing cream, it might block ultrasound energy. Send a video and cream details to support for diagnosis.

📢 Marketing & Support

Q: Do you offer marketing assistance?

A: Yes. You will get marketing materials to help promote this treatment and technology. We also promote your business by linking your website on our platforms. You’ll see better results if you also optimize your site.

A: Yes. If potential clients (e.g., in the UK) request references, we may introduce them to you.

A: Once you send us before & after treatment photos showing good results, and you are confident using the technology, we’ll issue your training certificate.

💎 Cartridges Overview

Q: What are the two cartridge types?
