FotroHIFU is the HIFU equipment brand of Guangzhou Fotromed Technology Co., Ltd. We are part of the manufacturer, not a separate trading business. Fotromed was founded in 2018. Today, more than 50 people work from our manufacturing site of about 3,000 m². The same company handles assembly, machine configuration, testing, packing, OEM orders, and support after delivery.

Our factory covers about 3,000 m² and has more than 50 team members. The core technical team averages over 20 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Since Fotromed was founded in 2018, we have worked on more than 1,500 equipment and customization projects. Production checks include the power supply, display, handpieces, installation, machine stability, and packing.

You deal with one team throughout the order. We review what your business needs, compare suitable machines, set up the handpieces and cartridges, prepare the quote, and handle any OEM branding. We keep you updated during production, then test and pack the machine for shipment. Once it arrives, we continue with online training, technical help, warranty service, and spare parts.

Yes. We ship HIFU equipment internationally, and our wider client network now covers more than 50 countries. We have regional warehouses in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Dubai. Service centers in Europe, the USA, and Australia support buyers with technical questions, maintenance, training, and spare parts. Before we dispatch an order, we check which warehouse can serve it and confirm the shipping route.

We offer three levels of customization. The first adds your logo, product name, nameplate, startup screen, supported interface language, and basic packaging to an existing machine. The second creates a coordinated private-label package, including colors, manuals, training, and sales materials. The third is for ODM work such as industrial design, structural changes, accessories, software, prototypes, tooling, and validation. An OEM order based on an existing platform can start from one unit.

Tell us what kind of business you run, where the machine is going, which model or treatments you are interested in, and how many units you need. We also need your preferred handpieces and cartridges, any OEM work, the local voltage and plug, your shipping method, and your target delivery date. Your quote will list the machine configuration, included cartridges, optional items, customization charges, freight, trade terms, and expected dispatch date separately.

For HIFU machines already in our range, orders can start from one unit. A standard machine usually dispatches in 3 to 5 days. A configured machine takes about 7 to 14 days, while a full OEM build takes about 40 to 60 days. Before production starts, we review the order, approve the configuration or artwork, and confirm a sample when the project requires one. Shipping time begins after factory dispatch and is calculated separately.

Every machine includes a one-year free warranty. Selected models have two-year coverage when it is written into the order. If a fault is covered, we supply the required replacement parts free during the warranty period. Parts remain available at cost once the warranty ends. Cartridges are consumables, so they are not covered. For shipping damage or a wrong item, contact us within seven calendar days and provide a continuous unboxing video. We aim to respond to technical support requests within 24 to 48 hours.

We include one-to-one online video training with every machine. The session walks your team through setup, controls, handpieces, core functions, normal operation, cleaning, maintenance, and basic fault checks. The people who will operate or maintain the machine can attend together. After the session, you can contact our support team through WhatsApp, video call, screen sharing, email, or Zoom.

We first ask about your business, the treatments you plan to offer, and how the machine will be used each day. Our Machine Finder sorts these needs into face and neck, face and body, intimate, or body-contouring work. It also considers speed, comfort, and machine size. We then compare the six platforms in our range and check the handpieces, cartridge costs, training, warranty, OEM work, and total landed cost before recommending a shortlist.
