A traditional Vmax handpiece delivers MFU point by point. The SD handpiece keeps that focused delivery and adds 2 MHz bipolar RF around the same working area. Operators can use MFU, RF, or Synergy Dotting from one treatment head instead of connecting a separate RF applicator.

MFU sends focused ultrasound points to the depth selected by the installed cartridge. Bipolar RF distributes 2 MHz radiofrequency across the surrounding contact area.
